The HT-7120 massage chair is an “upgrade” so to speak of the HT-125/135/136 model series. It has lumbar heat, adjustable massage intensity, and calf width adjustment, which I’ll go into more detail about later in this article.
The Human Touch 7120 massage chair looks like a comfortable office chair with hidden elements. At the bottom of the massage chair is a rotating calf and foot massager that offers soothing relief to tired and sore muscles. Included in this feature are two fifteen-minute programs that offer a gentle or intense foot and calf massage that demonstrates the compression and release techniques of a live masseuse. Touch has added a width setting to address this issue. A simple push of a button on the ottoman will set the width to the right comfort level for any size/body type.
My favorite feature of this massage chair is the lumbar heater that soothes the lower back muscles, followed by a restorative massage that mimics the techniques of a masseuse. This gentle warming sensation provided by the chair gradually reduces pain and tightness. I feel every massage chair should have some kind of heat feature, particularly in the lower back where most people have some pain. With the ergonomic hand control, you can adjust the intensity or softness of your massage with 7 different intensity levels.
No massage chair is complete without a reclining feature. With full body stretch mode, the foot and calf massagers support your legs as the chair slowly retracts. The recliner feature allows you to stretch your spine, which increases blood flow to the vertebrae and discs, allowing for lower back rejuvenation. To ensure you are comfortable when reclining, the HT 7120 tilts back at a 170-degree angle to ensure comfort. To enhance your massage experience, there is a padded head pillow that provides additional comfort during your massage.
For added convenience, there is an outlet on the side of the chair that allows easy access to plug your leather miracle into any nearby outlet. Also, on the side of the chair there is a recline lever that allows you to adjust how far back you would like to adjust the chair. In addition to the lever and outlet, there’s a pocket for your remote, so there’s no excuse to lose it!
The only drawbacks to this model as I see it is that there is no true foot massager as part of the ottoman and the massage is not as gentle as some of the higher priced massage chairs. But, for the list price, it’s an exceptional bang for your buck.
You can choose between black or brown leather, but it won’t matter what color it is once this chair seduces you with its human qualities. With luxurious leather upholstery, the Human Touch 7120 proves to be more than just a massage chair.
