lottery lie 7

This is the seventh article in the Lotto Lies series. There seems to be no shortage of skeptics and critics who enjoy expressing their disdain for the use of a lottery software program to improve a player’s chances of winning the lottery. The standard rate of criticism goes something like this:

• There can be no lottery trend because it is a random draw.

• States make sure everyone has an equal chance of winning the lottery.

• There is no possible advantage because it is a fair game.

• Using a computer to find lottery numbers to play is no better than using tarot cards, the Ouija board, or a fortune teller.

Even in the face of overwhelming evidence to the contrary, from analysis of the winning number stories of each lottery, skeptics and critics fall back on what they believe to be their trump card. Using a lottery software program is cheating. That’s Lotto Lie No. 7; the subject of this, the final article in the Lotto Lies series.

Lottery lie No. 7 – Using a lottery software program is cheating.

In previous articles in this series, I have given some examples that address the question of the existence of lottery trends. It is one of my favorite topics. But, in this article, I will resist that temptation and focus on this tricky question.

It is an absolute certainty that a serious lottery player, who correctly uses a quality lottery software program, can improve his chances of winning the lottery. But is that cheating? NOT. Properly preparing before a game is not cheating; is smart

Stock market investing companies around the world have spent billions of dollars on software that analyzes the OHLC of all stocks available for sale. Before, during, and after each trading day, traders use that software to analyze every bit of data in order to make good decisions for the next day. For these Wall Street firms, security to protect their huge software investment is paramount. Why? If everyone had access to your software, they would have no advantage.

So what do they do with their software? They analyze what has happened in the past to help them predict what will happen in the future. A good lottery software program analyzes previous lottery winning numbers to help the player make better selections in the next draw. So I ask the critics, ‘Why is it fair to Wall Street, but not Main Street?

So what does horse racing have to do with the lottery? To Lot! It’s called handicap. Before a race, the starting odds for the race appear on the TOTE board for all to see. These starting odds are absolutely vital to the financial success of the track as they are carefully chosen to ensure a certain margin for the track. But have you ever wondered where those odds came from in the first place? The track’s computers determined the odds for the race based on the past performance of the horses, the jockeys, and a host of other factors.

Many professional racing players use software to handicap racing. They do this to determine their betting strategy; to improve your chances of winning. Is this cheating? NOT. is smart

It’s on Thirty, Twenty, It’s Going to the End!

I know I know You’re asking, ‘What does football have to do with the lottery?’ Well, quite a lot actually. Ever wonder how NFL teams determine who they want to draft? You guessed it; computer software. Its computers analyze the past performance, statistics and scouting reports of hundreds of college football players. The decisions teams make, based on their computer analysis, are crucial to their future success. But is it a trap? Of course, no. But looking at the past performance stats of all those NFL hopefuls is smart.

Now, I could go on and on. There is no shortage of examples I could use to drive home my point. But, there is a caveat to this discussion that I must address.

buyer beware

The software you purchase should be a high quality lottery software program. You see, unfortunately, there are a lot of bad apples in the lottery software business. If you do an internet search for lottery software, you won’t find a limit to the number of vendors that sell their products. To be honest, most of it is junk, garbage, garbage, and a total waste of money. This is why most serious lottery players end up buying several software products before finding one that is worth their while. In fact, a recent survey asked this question: ‘How many lottery software programs do you own?’ The average of all responses was 4. That means the most serious lottery players wasted their time and money on 4 other products before they found the one they liked.

Therefore, if you are looking for a lottery software program, be very careful. There are only about 3 or 4 decent products on the market. Buying a quality lottery software program will save you time, money, and frustration in the end.
