After more than 15 years as a licensed real estate salesperson in New York State, I have created my RICH IDEAS(TM) program to minimize the stress of this process and maximize the potential results. With that in mind, this article will briefly try to consider, examine, review and discuss, using the mnemonic approach, what this means and represents, and why it is important.

1. System; Service; strengths; solutions; attend: One of the key reasons why a homeowner should carefully consider a variety of people and hire the best real estate agent for their specific property is to take advantage of a great system that provides a foundation and solutions to obstacles, which may present themselves! Choose someone who provides quality, personal service and identify strengths, to emphasize, in marketing and selling your home! Your agent should take care of you and make the process as understandable and easy as possible!

two. Options; opportunities; organized; optimize: Knowing your options and taking advantage of the best opportunities, in an organized and prepared manner, will generally optimize your results!

3. Listen; to learn; major: If you want the best results, interview carefully before you hire. Is the potential agent listening effectively or trying to dominate the conversation (is the sound of his own voice his favorite thing?)? Will you work together, with quality, as a team and will you learn, each of your responsibilities, to achieve what you expect? Do you have the self-confidence and strength of personal character to guide you and tell you: what you need to know, instead of what you want to hear (MT)?

Four. deepen; discover; deliver: Instead of hiring someone who adds unnecessary stress and tension/discomfort to an already often stressful period, hire someone who digs deeper into the options and possibilities, and proceeds, in a positive way, I can do it! You need an agent who will figure out the best approach for your specific property and always under-promise and over-deliver.
