5 tips to burn fat

Do you want to know how to burn fat? Here are five great tips
to help you do it! It is easier than you think!

We trust you had a wonderful holiday, but at this time of year we always
finds many of us saying that what we received was not food that
burn fat but a few extra and unwanted pounds.
And now we want to know how to get rid of them.

Yes, as we have discussed before, the Holidays
seems to be an excuse for people to go overboard with their food
indulgences Well, now that we are towards the end of the queue
Holidays, it’s time to start over.

To be direct, I want to start by saying this.

The ONLY way to burn fat is through AEROBIC exercise.

That means it’s time to get on the bike, the treadmill, the stair master,
elliptical trainer, in the pool or on the road with your best
running shoes YES, by increasing your lean muscle mass though
ANAEROBIC weight training can increase your metabolism, but
most of the fat that your body will burn will pass
through AEROBIC exercise.

I wanted to give you all some tips for when you get back to
the gym…hopefully in the next day or two!

1) If you go to a commercial gym, make sure you are
Familiar with all machines. Don’t be ashamed to ask
someone from the gym staff has a question or two. Believe me, it’s a lot less embarrassing than having to call a
ambulance because he misused the machine and hurt himself!

2) The most important thing to remember when exercising with
weights is to focus on your form. The number one reason why people
are injured while exercising is that they have the wrong form.
Again, if you’re unsure about your form, ask a trainer or staff member at your gym.

3) The number two reason for injuries is that people use too much
weight. Let’s not worry about breaking world records just yet!
If you insult yourself, you defeat the whole purpose of why
they are working first. it is quite difficult to exercise
with a cast or brace on my arm or leg, based on my personal experience.

4) Another key here is to make sure you are drinking enough
water before, during and after your workout. the bodies 300
trillions of cells need water to transport nutrients into the cell
to obtain energy and transport the by-products of the cell.

5) Lastly, always wear comfortable and supportive clothing and
footwear when exercising. It’s not a fashion show like some of
Those commercials on TV would have us believe. you are
there to do WORK! But that job is usually fun when you’re
comfortable and relaxed.

And remember not to rush into your training!

The first training sessions after the holidays or when starting to
the first time is always the hardest, but once you’re a week
in it you will feel like a million bucks and ready to take on the
New year with a great perspective! Never give up. We are here
to support you with your weight loss because we believe YOU CAN DO IT!!!!
