1) Separation

If your pup is old enough to be separated from its mother, you should do so immediately. He just lets them settle down and get some space.

2) Equity

You may have been showing your dog’s pup more attention than you have been showing your dog; this would likely make your dog extremely jealous. That said, it’s even possible that your dog is taking it out on his pup. What you need to do is love your dog and your puppy equally, but while your dog is in the same room as the puppy, give your dog more attention than your puppy.

3 Time

Maybe your dog just needs some time to get used to having a puppy to take care of. It’s not every day we have a baby, right? When humans have babies, we don’t always know what to do or how to care for them, and the same can easily be said for your dog and his pup.
