Our Practice Master cloud solution uses an onsite server with remote access via desktops, laptops and mobile devices. This gives you all the advantages of the cloud such as 24/7 online access but using the traditional desktop software with all its workflows and shortcuts.
It also works very well with Keap, our powerful CRM system that automates marketing functions for you. This means you can set up emails and communications to be sent automatically or triggered by events such as appointments or invoices due. This saves you time and allows for a more consistent approach to your client communication. We are able to integrate all patient data with Keap and can provide further custom development for your specific requirements.
PracticeMaster can be used on its own or integrated with Tabs3 Billing and Financials for full practice management and accounting. It includes a firm wide calendar and matter management system that organizes client and case information including documents, fees, phone records, research notes and costs. It also has a conflict search and a number of other front office management tools that help firms run efficiently.

The system can be accessed by all firm members from their workstations and by clients on their preferred devices. All documents and appointments can be viewed and searched from anywhere there is internet access. The system also supports a range of external document scanning and fax systems for easy importing of client files. It can be linked with Outlook, Worldox and CompuLaw for easy synchronization. It can also connect to Blackberry and Palm T Handhelds for calendar and email sync.
Easily find files, documents and e-mails with practice-wide naming and organization. All e-mails are stored in a single, matter centric folder so everyone with access to the case can see ALL related e-mails even if they were only cc’d on them. Calendars and to-do’s are synchronized and are color coded for easy searching. Effortlessly assemble WordPerfect documents with Case and Client information (HotDocs required).
Save any Adobe file to practicemaster cloud for instant uploading and sharing or use the built in document assembly function to create bills, fee records, client notes or reminders in your calendar. You can even assemble documents from Microsoft Word, Excel or Windows Folders. Symphony OCR is included to make all scanned documents text searchable. In addition to the standard integration with Word, HotDocs, Worldox and CompuLaw, the system can be connected to a variety of other third party applications such as Excel and Adobe Acrobat.
