High Voltage Slip Ring Motors
YRKS series medium size three phase asynchronous high voltage slip ring motor is widely used to drive windlass, press machinery, crusher, breaker, ventilator and other general purpose machines. The motor has such advantages as high efficiency, energy saving, low noise, low vibration and convenient installation and maintenance.
The motor is made up of a steel plate welded box structure, which is light in weight and good in rigidity. The rotor and stator are precision molded in one piece, which reduces the energy loss and improves the quality of the output. The stator is made of copper bar wrapped with class F insulation material and vacuum pressure impregnation solventless paint process (VPI), which ensures the reliability of the insulation and the ability to resist humidity.
Menzel manufactures medium, high voltage slip ring motors with squirrel-cage or slip ring rotors for operation on mains or inverter. These industrial motors are designed according to EN60034, IEC60034, VDE, DIN and ISO standards and can be supplied with all types of protection and cooling.
